  This error can be caused if your DWF files are password protected, but you entered an incorrect password. You need to check the "These DWFs are password protected" option, and input the correct password.

• What should I do if I get a blank DWG/DXF file?
  Please do not include any spaces or special characters in the input and output file/folder name, and then try it again.

• If I get a large DWG/DXF file, how can I scale the DWG/DXF file?
  1. Open your DWG/DXF file in AutoCAD.
  2. Select all contents in the DWG/DXF file.
  3. Run "scale" command.
  4. Specify base point.
  5. Specify scale factor (0.001 to 1).
