Set Options
  • Output Options Tab
    • PDF Size (Standard/Custom):
      Allows you to set the size of the paper or automatically adjust the PDF size based on the drawing.
      Portrait and landscape mode can be easily switched by exchanging the width and height values.
    • Margin:
      Set the margins of the PDF document.
    • Output color:
      Allows you to choose between True Colors, Gray-scale, or Black/White.
    • PDF Quality:
      Allows you to set the quality of the PDF file. 
    • Output:
      Allows you to choose between "One PDF per layout", "One PDF per drawing" and "All drawings combined into one PDF file".
    • Overwrite existing:
      Allows you to choose between "Replace original" and "Rename (automatically increment the filename)".

  • Output Layout and Area Tab
    • All Layouts
      Output all layouts.
    • Model Space
      Output the model space.
    • All Paper Spaces
      Output all paper spaces.
    • Last Active Layout
      Output the last active layout.
    • Output by Layout Name
      Output the specifically layout.

    • Zoom Extents
      Resize the drawing to fit within the PDF.
    • Last saved view of the drawing
      Output last saved view of the drawing.

  • Line Width (Pen Width) Tab
    Set the line width of the PDF document. It supports CAD default line weight, AutoCAD Plot Style CTB file and line width scale. The default line width is fine for the screen display but small/thin for print. If you want to use the PDF for print purposes, please set the scale to 4, 6, 8 or above. For screen display purposes, please set it to 1.

  • SHX and XRef Directories Tab
    If the text quality is not good or the program fails to find the Xref, image, Excel or other file, please add the related directories to the directory list.

  • PDF Properties Tab
    Allows you to set the author, title, subject and keywords summary field for the PDF document.

  • Miscellaneous Tab
    Set the PDF bookmark and set the behavior of TTF font/Image/Excel file in the drawing. To improve the performance, please uncheck the "If the drawing is damaged, recover it automatically". If the program freezes on certain files, please check the "If the drawing is damaged, recover it automatically".
