Our Purchase Order/FAX Order process differs slightly from a standard Purchase Order. To place a purchase order, please click the product link below and complete the order form. Please choose the Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, or Invoice Payment Method (Or FAX Payment Method), and after you submit your order form a printable invoice will be displayed in your web browser, please print the invoice and submit it to your company's Accounts Payable for payment.
